Thinking About Adoption: Birth moms find hope and self-assurance

Are you trying to decide what to do about an unexpected pregnancy?

Do you just want your questions answered without pressure or judgement?

“I have worked with this agency twice. They have been the most of help and they have been my back bone in the hardest choices made in my life. Traci and Loranne are the most amazing people to work with. They remember who are and they remember you’re situation. This agency doesn’t show judgement towards you and they become a family to you. They also show true passion in their mission and compassion to their clients. I love them and would never think about going to any other agency.”  Birth mom NM

We are here to help you and give you the support, time and resources to make the best decisions for your future and the future of your unborn child.  Birth parents that have chosen adoption share that having an adoption counselor and  team that listens to them and lets them make their own decisions was key to their positive experience.   Finding the right adoptive family for their baby lead to knowing they were making the best decision for both of them. Pregnant and Stressed: Need help with medical care?

Women who find out they are pregnant usually tend to begin worrying about the healthy of their baby. This worry may be coupled with the fact that you were not intending to become pregnant. Research tells us that too much and on-going stress can cause health issues for the baby such as low birth weight and pre-term labor.

Let us help you put your mind at ease and help to get you to medical care.  As a licensed, non-profit adoption agency, we can help you in your search and transportation to the doctor. Getting to the doctor early in your pregnancy will help to ensure that you and the baby will be healthy.  We have helped women from New York to California with getting the medical attention that they need.

Birth Parents Search for Right Adoption Agency

Birth parent from Rhode Island searches for “caring and amazing family” to place her baby with for adoption.

“I searched through a handful of adoption agency but only one gave me that gut feeling about Act of love. Act of love staff are truly the definition of this agency. They not only helped me once but twice and both times I never had any hesitation with talking to any of them. I love how they make me feel comfortable and welcome. Throughout both pregnancy the women I’ve met were all amazing and extraordinary. They never fail to check up on me about how i am doing before and after I gave birth. I found a loving, caring and amazing family for both of my children. Talking to them and seeing them hold the baby I realize how much they already love my babies, and that put me at ease. I want to thank Lorraine, Tracy, Jaime, and Jill for helping me through my toughest time and I can actually run to and tell my problems to. I found a family from strangers I barely even know and that is the love I felt with everyone I met in this agency. My experience with them went professionally, smoothly, no pressure and comfortable. Thank you again.”  Birthmom J Rhode Island
