Act of Love Adoptions is helping birth parents R&T search for adoptive parents for their African American baby girl that is due around the end of January 2015. R&T would prefer an adoptive family with some African American heritage, but are willing to look at all families open to their situation. They would also like the family to have already adopted African American children or a family that is planning to adopt other African American children. They desire to select an adoptive family that is also choosing to have an open adoption to include post-adoption contact through letters & pictures exchanged through the adoption agency. Birth parents wish to meet the adoptive family they select prior to placement of the baby.

Birth mom has reported that she is healthy and free from any major injury, disease, or developmental problems. Birth mom also reports that birth father is free of any major health concerns, as is his family. She has reported that she began her prenatal care during her first trimester. She also reports having some previous mental health issues ten years ago. Birth mom reports the use of Marijuana one time a week socially until June when she learned she was pregnant. She reports that she has continued to used some Marijuana throughout the pregnancy. She does not self-report any other substance use; including alcohol and tobacco. Non-identified information including health and social information, as well as available medical records are available to approved adoptive families. Birth parents have required assistance with pregnancy support and assistance.

If you are a home study approved adoptive couple that meets the birth parents desired post-adoption contact above and are interested in being considered for placement of this baby girl, please immediately contact Act of Love Adoptions at outreach@aactofloveadoptions.com to receive further information regarding the Outreach approval process. The Act of Love Outreach Program DOES NOT require any fees until you are matched with potential birth parents.
