A Act of Love does not receive state or federal money, we are funded by private donations and the fees collected from adoptive families. We are saddened that many individuals who otherwise would be excellent parents cannot adopt children because substantive fees make adoption prohibitive.

Because of the inhibiting costs involved facilitating adoption for many able and desirous families is not possible without the generous donations of others. We are a charitable not for profit organization, licensed as a child placing service. We are also licensed for fund-raising as a charitable organization.

Donations will be used to assist families who are adopting children or to assist birth parents and children with shelter, food, medical, and other expenses. We have bridge financing and direct contribution program. Because we are a 501(c)3 tax exempt entity, we can give a receipt to those who donate money which may be used for a tax-write off, Please consult with your CPA to verify your eligibility.
